It is with mixed emotions that we announce the upcoming closure of Praana Center for Asthma & Allergy

After many years of caring for patients and families in our community, we have made the difficult decision to close our allergy practice effective September 24th.

We are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us. It has been a privilege to be part of your healthcare journey, and we sincerely appreciate the relationships we have built with our patients and their families over the years.

What This Means for Our Patients

Our office will remain open through September 24th to help provide continuity of care. Please contact our office at 630-323-8800 if you need to:

• Schedule a final appointment

• Request a copy of your medical records

• Arrange for your records to be transferred to another physician

• Address prescription or treatment-related questions

We encourage you to establish care with a new allergy provider as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with the transition and provide your medical records upon your request and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
